Role Overview
We are seeking a business-minded and motivated HR Specialist to support and execute our day-to-day human resources operations. You understand HR is not about buns and pizzas, but delivering tangible value to business. In this role, you will act as a well-rounded generalist, handling tasks across all core HR functions, from recruiting to employee relations. A primary focus of this position is maintaining day-to-day compliance with employment regulations, tracking labor law updates, and keeping our records accurate. Required Qualifications
Education: Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
Legal Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of basic labor laws and employment regulations.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Fluent use of AI tools.
Soft Skills: Great communication in Finnish and English, well-organized and diligent, and absolute discretion with private data.
