Sensofusion is the leading anti-drone technology company - fast-growing, profitable, and mission-critical to defence and security customers across an expanding number of international markets. As we scale internationally and prepare for our next chapter - including a possible IPO - our finance function needs to scale with us. Not by adding headcount and manual processes, but by rethinking, from the ground up, how a finance function should work in the AI era.

We're looking for a Head of Corporate and Financial Insights to own financial insight across the whole company, support treasury, report directly to the CFO, and build the AI­-powered analytical capability that will support Sensofusion through its next stage of growth.

This is not a controller role. This is a builder and owner role, with company-wide scope.

What You'll Own

• Insights that drive decisions. You'll deliver sharp, decision-ready analysis to the CFO, leadership team, and board - the kind that changes what happens next, in a company where the stakes of getting it right are rising as we grow and move toward public­market readiness.

• Company-wide FP&A. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the entire group - not one function, one entity, or one market, but the full picture that leadership and the board rely on.

• Treasury support. Support the CFO on cash, funding, financial risk, and capital structure for a company that has raised significant capital and is scaling aggressively across borders.

• An AI-first finance function - for real, not for show. This is a genuine mandate, not a talking point: you're expected to build and deploy AI agents that take over the manual, repetitive work our finance team does today, so that you and your team spend your time on judgment and insight instead of Excel. We expect concrete progress here, not aspiration.

• A growing team. You'll start as part of a lean three-person finance team reporting to the CFO, with the scope and mandate of a company-wide senior finance leader. As the company and its finance needs grow - including likely additions to the team - you will help shape and grow that team.

What We Need From You

• Public company background. You've operated inside the discipline, transparency, and pace that public markets and their stakeholders demand.

• Treasury exposure. You've supported or contributed to cash, funding, and financial risk management at company level, across multiple markets or currencies.

• Hands-on AND strategic. You can build the model yourself in the morning and present it to the board in the afternoon -comfortable owning both ends.

• Seniority and judgment. Years of finance experience at a senior level, strong enough fundamentals that you can be trusted with company-wide numbers with minimal oversight.

• A genuine builder's mindset. You should be excited, not threatened, by the idea that AI agents can take over most of what "finance work" has traditionally looked like. If your instinct is to protect the old process, this isn't your role.

• Curiosity as a core skill. The finance function of 2028 will look nothing like the finance function of today. We want someone who wants to define what that looks like at Sensofusion -not wait to be told.
