Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Quality professional to support incoming goods quality, logistics operations, supplier communication, and continuous improvement. You will be part of the logistics team and work closely with quality, purchasing, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming goods and perform quality inspections
Be an active member of the logistics team, supporting daily operations
Perform stock management and inventory quality checks
Ensure traceability, labeling, and correct storage of components
Identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions
Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Work in close cooperation with the Purchasing team

• Support sourcing and qualification of new components and suppliers

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve quality issues

• Maintain and improve quality, logistics, and inspection processes

• Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers

• English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Experience in drones, robotics, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
