About the role

Sensofusion is hiring a Group Financial Controller to own group-level accounting, reporting, and the operational financial management of our international subsidiaries. This is a hands-on role at the core of our finance function, working closely with the CFO and supporting the company’s next growth phase.

What you’ll do

• Own group accounting, reporting, and consolidation (IFRS)

• Oversee operational finance for subsidiaries in CA, US, IL, and UK

• Financially approve invoices and monitor liquidity and cash positions

• Forecast short-term cash needs and escalate risks or deviations to the CFO

• Own the group closing calendar, reporting formats, timelines, and quality

• Coordinate and supervise local accounting firms and internal finance ops

• Ensure consistent accruals, revenue recognition logic, and intercompany reconciliations

• Manage transfer pricing in practice:

  • calculate and invoice monthly / quarterly TP charges

  • ensure compliance, documentation, and reconciliations

  • collaborate with tax advisors and local accountants

• Develop accounting manuals and policies

• Ensure audit readiness and support IPO-related accounting documentation

• Participate in finance process development under CFO guidance

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in group accounting and IFRS

• Experience from working with multiple legal entities and external accounting partners

• Solid understanding of operational finance, cash management, and close processes
