Odotamme sinulta:

• Vähintään 5v kokemusta backend-tekniikoista: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Linux Server, Docker
• Joitain komponenttejamme on toteutettu Python, C, C++ -kielillä, joten perusosaaminen näistä on hyödyksi.
• Hyväksi on myös frontend-kokemus JavaScriptistä ja Reactista.
• Kykyä ottaa vastuuta ja työskennellä tavoitteellisesti yhdessä tiimin sekä koko yrityksen kanssa.
• Luovaa ongelmanratkaisukykyä ja paloa saada asioita aikaan. Halua löytää ja hyödyntää uusia toimintatapoja, kuten tekoälyä.
• Halua kehittää ja optimoida asiakaskokemusta perusperiaatteista lähtien.
• Eduksi on osaaminen ja kiinnostus esim ML-kehittämiseen ja muihin yrityksemme käyttämiin teknologioihin. Tärkeää on kyky ja halu oppia uutta.

We expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in backend technologies: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Linux Server, Docker
• Some of our components have been implemented in Python, C, C++, so a basic knowledge of these will be helpful.

• Frontend experience with JavaScript and React is also a plus.
• The ability to take responsibility and work with the team and the company as a whole to achieve goals.
• Creative problem solving and a fire to get things done. A desire to discover and exploit new ways of working, such as AI.
• A desire to develop and optimise the customer experience from the ground up.
• Knowledge and interest in, for example, ML development and other technologies used by our company would be an advantage. The ability and willingness to learn new things is important.
• Working from the office. Remote work is not possible.
